Sweet and smooth like treacle. This rum serve uses Merser & Co. Double Barrel rum with a float of cloudy apple juice to accentuate the rich Demerara sugar and fresh grassy notes of this London rum blend.
1. Stir 30ml Double Barrel Rum, 10ml Sugar Syrup and 2 dashes orange bitters with 2 ice cubes into a rocks glass.
2. Add another 30ml Double Barrel Rum, fill with ice and stir again.
3. Float the apple juice on top.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
